Hey hi hello..

Sooo, welcome to my attempt at a blog.

Over the last couple of months I have had a few people message and ask about mental health, what I find helps..what doesn’t help, the steps that followed (you get it) and while I am in no means ‘healthy’ in terms of my mental health, I am in a place much further from where I used to be. As anyone who knows what ‘recovery’ feels like, you may be aware of how messy, chaotic and challenging it can be.

I don’t know if I will ever feel ‘recovered’ (not sure that’s how it works?) but I hope that by sharing my past and present experiences..it may encourage others to do so. It might support someone to not feel alone…I write all the time to myself and it helps my recovery, so in a huge way..this will help me to. So thanks for reading and if you have anything you’d like to ask or comment..please do! You can also email if you’d like to be anonymous.
